Our client is a top international company in the field of FMCG. For them, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as:
Manager Corporate Tax
•Preparation of the U.S. consolidated tax return, U.S. international forms 5471, 8858, and 8865, and all state income tax returns;
•Preparation of the calculation of U.S. taxable income, Earnings & Profits for our U.S. International operations, Section 78 gross-up, foreign tax credit limitation, Section 861 allocation of interest, etc.;
•Research and documentation of the Company’s tax return positions with regard to all areas of U.S. domestic tax;
•Preparation of the U.S. domestic quarterly income tax provision, monthly tax account reconciliations, monthly SOX controls, etc.;
•Responsible for preparation of documentation and calculation of all U.S. domestic tax accounting positions, including FAS 5, FIN 48, etc.;
•Develop tax value-add strategies and lead implementation for U.S. domestic tax;
•Monitor all proposed U.S. domestic law to determine impact on the Company’s tax return positions.

•Certified Public Accountant / Law Degree;
•7+ Years Experience in a similar field;
•Strong English Language Skills;
•Very strong technical Excel skills;
