Mandarin ales Executive

This client is an international outsourcing company with a global reach. The industries they represent a range of Gaming to Telecoms. With offices in several different countries, representing over 30 languages, this client offers employees a truly unique and diverse experience. They are currently recruiting for their Belfast base and are looking for a Mandarin speaking individual with a passion for Sales to join their international team. 

Your challenge

Your role within this organisation will be to take advantage of your outgoing and charming personality and use it to generate sales leads within the Software Market. It will be your role to identify the IT decision makers within an organisation, get speaking to them and influence their decision to renew their running licence for your products.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Contacting existing business customers and getting the decision makers on the phone
  • Hitting daily productivity goals including leads, dials and talk time
  • Sourcing and building new leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Identifying trends in the market and be able to participate client needs
  • Upselling products and persuading buyers to purchase add-on products when possible

Your resume

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Previous experience in a Sales and/or Customer Service role is a bonus!
  • Confident, outgoing individual who has the ability to build rapport with all kinds of businesses
  • Excellent negotiator 
  • Enthusiastic, target driven and results motivated
  • Resilient and able to bounce back from rejection 
  • Highly organised individual with excellent follow-up skills
