Mandarin Speaking Administration Assistant

Job Description

Mandarin Speaking Administration Assistant to assist with operational tasks and queries from our Chinese customers and agents alike in the Operations team. The Mandarin Speaking Administration Assistant will be split shifts covering 9:30am - 6pm and 1am - 9:30am

Duties of Mandarin Speaking Administration Assistant:

  • Dealing with all pre booking and in resort issues from our Chinese customers
  • Assisting customers and agents with amendments to bookings
  • Liaising with Chinese agents supporting them with our booking process
  • Responding to customer email within 24hr period
  • Investigating and responding to all post departure complaints
  • General adhoc administration duties

Skills for Mandarin Speaking Administration Assistant:

  • Native Mandarin, read and write simplified Chinese with the highest levels of proficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Keen, flexible attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Experience with spreadsheets and the Internet
  • Previous experience with a travel administration role desirable but not a necessity
