Network Campaign Manager

Job Description

The role of the Network Campaign Manager (NWCM) will work closely with relevant stake-holders within the organization such as Product Owners, Campaign Managers as well as utilize the company’s partners to evaluate ideas and align plans. The NWCM shall further plan and supervise execution and implementation of network campaigns.

  • Establish the role of Network Campaign Manager and its remit as a part of the Central Marketing Team
  • Continue to differentiate the clients brand from competition
  • Through creativity and business acumen drive the portfolio and offering further into new markets enhancing the value of its portfolio
  • Drive innovation and propose delivery of the unexpected

 What is the remit of the role?

  • Responsible for developing an annual network campaign calendar divided into quarterly and monthly action plans in co-operation with management, business operations and product development
  • Manage campaign budget
  • Model and forecast campaign performance and expected costs as a part of the planning process
  • Boost performance of the portfolio, or part of it with seasonal, major event or interest-based campaigns and promotions
  • Prepare and manage network campaign sales material
  • Analyze campaign results and report to management and other internal stakeholders
  • Create, plan and execute new marketing concepts
  • Further develop campaign concepts, mechanic, sales pitch, communication based on analysis including feedback from operators
  • The role feeds in market feedback and ideas to PO Boost that manages the overall Road Map of BOOST In-Game Tools
  • Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with relevant stake-holders inside and outside the organization
  • On request, attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions

Experience prefered: 

  • Online casino industry knowledge and with previous experience in iGaming
  • Previous experience in planning online campaigns, preferably casino related
  • Familiar with casino promotion mechanics and capable to amend, tweak and adjust existing mechanics and develop, model, test and launch new mechanics
  • Understanding how network campaigns links into clients’ operations and its’ various departments & functions (Marketing, CRM, Customer Support, Fraud, Payments)
  • Abundance of Creativity to come up with relevant, simple and effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the market and its competition
  • Analytical mind-set with a natural interest to crunch numbers and analyze campaign performance
  • Engaging and convincing personality with excellent presentation skills
  • To fully understand our operators’ business environments
  • Must be a self-driven and motivated individual with highly developed communication skills
