Your Challenge

 Some duties included are;

• Providing service through telephone calls, emails, social media and online chat to customers located in various markets relevant to your language skills

•Actively offer latest offers and inform clients about latest products where appropriate

•Solving any issues that customers may face

•Actively upselling when appropriate to provide the customer with options in line with their requirements

•Work  within a team of from all around the globe and gain invaluable international experience

Your Resume

•Fluency in either Norwegian, Danish or Finnish with a good knowledge of English

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

•IT Literate

•Previous experience within a BPO or contact centre environment would be a bonus but not essential
