Norwegian Customer Service Agent to Lisbon

Customer Support Consultant

We are looking for candidates with different backgrounds to expand their client's office in Lisbon. In your work as customer support, your work tasks will be to answer incoming calls and email. Language skills are the key in these positions and it is very important that the candidate in question has good Norwegian and English knowledge. It would also be a great advantage if you are a person who quickly manages to get into new technologies.



- Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English oral and written (mandatory)

- Available for work 8 hours work per. day in fixed shift (Monday to Sunday from 08 to 20)

- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience from a similar role in the travel industry will be a plus

- Experience with using the MS Office suite, Outlook and Excel will be a plus

- Can pick up new technology quickly

- For non-EU applicants it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
