Norwegian Customer Service Germany for Photography Lovers!

What are we looking for?

Well we are looking for a Norwegian speaker who loves capturing the moment just as much as our client, so why not join the customer service department for our client and making sure their customers never have to feel such an annoying moment.

What will you do in this job?
As a photo loving customer service agent it will be you job to provide a first class service via the phone and email to customers who have software and hardware problems. You will get the chance to work in a large multinational team as our client's products are well known and loved. You will be expected to maintain the customer database, ensuring that all issues are resolved in the most effective and professional way probable.

Who will you be working for?
Our client is an international outsourcing giant, one who employs a number of multinationals in Germany and in many other countries in the European Union. Currently they are looking for a fluent English and a near native Norwegian speaker to work in their B2B Customer Service Department in Potsdam, Germany.

We are looking for a near native Norwegian speaker, who is looking for an opportunity to prove themselves in this Customer Service job in Potsdam Germany. As well as speaking excellent Norwegian we are also looking for you to have a good level of English too. We would like it if you have some contact centre experience or some other customer service experience, and lastly of course, that you want to work abroad in Germany.

Where would you be working?
This Customer Service B2B job is based in Potsdam, Germany, a major city surrounded by palaces such as Sans Souci, Orangery and Charlottenhof palace with a number of exciting outdoor activities to keep you going and is a short train/bus ride away from Berlin.

Interview & Salary
The interview process is quite straight forward, you will first have a quick phone interview with a recruiter and then an interview via the internet (perhaps skype) with what could be your future Teamleader. If you are successful, you can expect an annual salary of up to €23,040 and with a one year contract you could receive a relocation package of up to €800 if you are moving from abroad.
