Norwegian Inside Sales Executive (IT Business Developer)

Salary:  £35,000 basic  (up to £67,000 including bonus and commision)

Location: London (Central)

Are you fluent in Norwegian and looking for your next position within IT sales, business development or IT consultancy?

We need a Norwegian speaking Business Developer / Inside Sales Executive to join an IT consultancy in central London. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the field sales team based in Norway.  This position is expected to generate £1.5 - £2 million in closed business.

You will be working from an international office in central London, with excellent transport links.



  • Fluent Norwegian & good English
  • Consultative sales approach to suit the Norwegian market
  • A tenacious, energetic, positive and investigative spirit, combined with a highly professional phone presence.
  • A talent to investigate and navigate through various levels of management and departments within an organization.
  • A successful track record in lead generation and opportunity qualification. 
  •  An interest and experience with business technology services, solutions, and/or management consulting.



  • Identify and pre-qualify opportunities for IT consulting and solution projects in existing and new accounts in Norway
  •  Scheduling and facilitating conference calls and/or on-site meetings for Client Partners/Account Managers with prospects.
  • Cold calling will be a significant portion of this job and will require analysis of your target market to identify the best prospects, as well as collaboration with Client Partners and Account Managers to identify targeted accounts.
  • Making 40-60 calls per day looking for leads.
  •  Follow-up calls to support marketing campaigns, including webinars, pre and post show support at tradeshows, and other demand generation initiatives.
