What are we looking for?
Right now we are looking for a Norwegian speaker with a knack for sales, someone who enjoys the ups and the downs of Sales and wants to work in the Beautiful city of Belfast.
What will you do in this job?
Within a Sales advisor role you will be tasked with cold calling, where you will identify you own leads, work as a team with those around you to achieve goals. You will be needed to follow up on positive leads, turning them into sales and manage all of your very own pipeline.
Stay alert to recognise problems and pro-actively attempt to solve any customer problems. Ensure you deal with all clients within the agreed turnaround time. Stay up to date and maintain all client information and records, whilst you are developing internal and external clients. Participate in Training of new sales reps.

Our client nearly 15 years established now employing over 600 employees in the UK and Northern Ireland is a technology and services provider. With this particular client looking for a number language speakers they are currently looking for a Norwegian speaker to fill the position of sales advisor.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a near native Norwegian speaker with a good level of English, who has a business degree or they have a number of year’s previous experience in Sales. Previous experience in telesales would be beneficial. A proven track record of inbound and outbound sales, who you worked in a fast paced work environment and where able to still achieve targets. You are results driven and enjoy the thrill of the sale, you are capable of prioritising specific targets and have strong organisational skills, as well as management and negotiation skills.
Where would you be working?
Belfast is where you will be working, Belfast is in Northern Ireland a city bursting with life, where the local are great craic (fun), there are plenty of bars and restaurant’s to socialise and you will always have amazing things to do and see with the likes of Giants Causeway, the Titanic Museum and its beautiful views.
Interview & Salary
The interview process for this sales advisor job is 3 fold, you will be invited for a quick phone screen, then an online email assessment and lastly a phone interview making it great for those who live abroad, you don’t have to fly over for an interview.
If you are successful you will offered a yearly entry level salary of £15,000 (gross) and great bonuses of up to £1000, along with great benefits such as a monthly transportation allowance, a number of discounts on goods or services and much more.
