What are we looking for?
Here we find ourselves looking for Norwegian speaker with a good level of English to join the IT Support team with our client based in Kildare Ireland.
What will you do in this job?
For a job in IT Support you will be tasked with the managing all inbound calls from those client who are based in Norway, manage incoming tickets transfer such tickets to relevant departments for resolution. Make sure that all queries are handled according to quality standards. All the while working to achieve individual and team based targets.

Who are we looking for?
For this Norwegian speaking job we are looking for a near Native Norwegian speaker with a good level of English, who has previous experience working in a busy and fast pace working environment, where you would have been under pressure to achieve targets and you worked well.
You would be eager to work in the IT sector, an ever changing industry that you enjoy adapting to and maintaining a working knowledge of.
Within this IT support position you will be working 40 hour weeks which will be in shifts, mainly Monday to Friday between 6am and 10pm with some working from home on the weekends or at night but don’t worry there are rewards in place for such work.
Where would you be working?
Kildare is where your IT Support job is based, here you have amazing shopping centres like Kildare village or New bridge shopping centre and if that doesn’t work for you, you are only 35 minutes away for the capital city Dublin meaning you will always have something to do as Dublin from amazing high-street shops dotted around the city, you’ll always find something to spend the wages on. Of course for those of you who may be coming from abroad and want to see a bit of greenery, Kildare has all of that too you are never too far away from a retreat, you have the best of both worlds now. If you don’t speak Norwegian, we bet you wish you did now huh?
Interview & Salary
As this is an IT Support Job our client will be conducting a technical test which is followed by a phone interview.
If you are successful there, then you can expect a salary of up to €23,000 per year (gross), they also offer a relocation package for those who are living outside of Dublin Ireland.
