Norwegian Sales Development Representative

Our client helps organisations to optimise software availability, compliance and cost spending through the delivery of Software Asset Management solutions. At present, they are helping over 6000 organisations worldwide, in over 11 million devices. They are the largest and most successful dedicated developer of SAM solutions with staff in 17 regional locations. To sustain the explosive growth (revenue growth of more than 60% during the past years), we are looking for sparkling talent to join their newly established EMEA Hub in Barcelona.

In close alignment with the Partner Management team, Marketing and Sales teams, the Sales Development Representative role will be responsible for the development of marketing and self-generated leads into qualified meetings with a dedicated Sales team operating in the region. This role will include:

- Obtaining a deep understanding of the business, the products and its cost-saving advantages for companies worldwide via local training and induction in the organisation's headquarters
- Generating and qualifying opportunities with businesses via phone
- Actively developing potential sales leads by outbound cold calling within the Swedish or Norwegian market
- Becoming an expert in identifying the challenges of prospective clients which can be addressed with SAM products
- Building relationships with prospects and internal partners to grow and increase your pipeline
- Finding opportunities that will drive additional client value based on their evolving business objectives
- Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
- Bringing your unique thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance the company's values, culture, and vision for the future
- Meeting and exceeding your individual and team sales targets

Key Languages:
- Native level of Swedish or Norwegian
- Native level of English

Core Skills/Experience:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, a confident phone manner
- Experience in business development in the Swedish or Norwegian market (1-3 years)
- Being a Top Producer in comparison to your peers
- Strong business insight and an interest in technology
- Demonstrated history of analysing situations, employing creative and effective decision-making to solve problems and achieve results
- Experience with Salesforce would be a plus
- A Self-starter; motivated; upbeat; you can roll up your sleeves to deliver on objectives
- Strong sales-spirit and willingness to succeed
- Solid analytical and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude
- Humbleness
- Passion for great work
