Norwegian speakers customer support to vibrant Belfast!

Responsibility:

Offer a high level of professionalism and customer service for a world-leading brand
Manage and respond to incoming phone calls and email requests in a call center environment
Examine and resolve inquiries orally, in writing and online
Maintain and promote a positive attitude while ensuring that productivity goals are achieved
Constantly maintain and protect confidential information

Requirements
  • Fluent language proficiency in English and any Nordic language
  • Experience with Customer Support from previous positions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and good knowledge of the internet as well as the desire to learn about new software systems
  • Ability to work towards goals, deadlines and customer satisfaction
  • Experience of working in a team environment / Team
  • Able to communicate effectively over the phone, with active listening and clearly speaking with the customer along with the ability to communicate effectively via email
  • The ability to multitask, plan and organize
