Norwegian Speaking Advisor - Customer Support

Job Description

We are looking for a Norwegian Customer Support Advisor to join our team!

 

Your future project

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:

  • Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

 

We are looking for

  • Native or Proficient Norwegian and fluent English (minimum level B2)
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
  • Availability to Work from Home temporarily.
  • Currently living in Portugal mainland.
