Norwegian speaking Country Manager

Job Description


The Country Manager will drive the business and corporate development in the Norwegian speaking territories.


Key objectives and responsibilities:

  • Own the growth and P/L as well as overall strategy for the company in Norway
  • Acquire new customers by initiating and executing campaigns in Norway
  • Identify possible partnerships with Affiliates or other Partnerships
  • Responsible for Norwegian VIP customers, maximizing loyalty and value
  • Maximize value of existing customers in conjunction with the CRM department
  • Lead PR for Companyin Norway
  • Own the Norwegian site of company– maximizing attractiveness by working with content on the site
  • Cooperate with other Country managers / Country representatives and common campaigns as well as exchange of best-practice
  • Build on existing, or establish new contacts “on the ground” in Norway with sales partners, key media, journalists, authorities and partners
  • Work closely with the central resources such as CRM, Affiliate, Creative studio and Payments & Fraud
  • Monitor competition and development of political and legal situation in Norway


Essential skills and experiences relevant to the role:

  • Native Norwegian and excellent English communication skills
  • Extensive marketing experience from e-commerce businesses
  • Strong knowledge of the local gaming legislation and media landscape
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentational)
  • Strong analytical and cost management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure
  • Marketplace awareness and understanding of trends


Desirable skills, experiences or other relevant to the role:

  • Experience in offline events and hospitality
  • Experience in online casino product
  • Experience of account management
