Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Agent

Fluent Norwegian speaker and looking for your next challenge in Fuengirola, Spain? We are are looking for dedicated Customer Care Coordinators for our client and would love to tell you more about the position!  


A little about your role in the company

As Customer & worker care coordinator in Freska, your main goal is to ensure that the daily operations are carried out. This means that there is communication with customers and cleaners, as well as some logistics work. In short words, it is the department's responsibility to ensure that customers are delivered with the service they order, that our colleagues in the field are well looked after and receive support with the challenges they experience in everyday life. You will play an important role in that task.


As a Customer Care Coordinator in Freska, PC and phone are your main work tools. The tasks for which one is responsible are determined by the work schedule set up by the responsible team leader. Examples of tasks our department solves during a normal working day include:

- Respond to customers' inquiries in channels such as chat, tel and email.

- Answer cleaner's inquiries in internal channel

- Solve logistical tasks related to cleaners' illnesses, holidays, terminations

- Work with optimization of cleaner calendars

- Handling customer complaints

- Handle claims, dialogue with insurance companies where this is natural



- Fluent in Norwegian at least on B2 level

-Experience in Customer Service i a plus

-Service minded attitude

-Opportunity to start between August 1st and 15th


Working hours and location

Working hours will most likely be Monday to Friday at 7am-3pm, with a 30 minutes lunch break. One of the department's shifts will also run from about noon to 8 p.m., which per standard will be covered either by one employee if preferred to work evenings or on a rotating shift between employees. Some Saturday work must also be calculated as the company has a shift every Saturday that is covered on a rotating base within the team. The weeks you work on Saturday will give you another day off, or, for example,  Friday the following week. The place of work is what is considered Freska's office on the Costa del Sol at all times. Agreements to work from home can be agreed with the nearest manager. Freska wants to meet the employees as best they can in home office requests, and especially in times when you might want to be close family and friends elsewhere.
