Norwegian speaking Customer Service Manager - Malta

Job Description



  • Initially, learning and assimilating the CS culture of the company
  • Planning and delivering CS strategies across the company encouraging customer retention

and customer loyalty.

  • Building-up strategies, procedures, workflow and team.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CS works effectively for all aspects of the


  • Producing reports based on campaign’s performance, defining and executing CS Reports and Customer Satisfactions Analysis.
  • Strong orientation to team work and good communication skills, to empower collaboration and motivation in the organisation.
  • Improving the current Customer Support Tools and suggesting new CS capabilities.
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CS to ensure the most effective approach

for the company and its products.

  • Ownership of the CS channels towards potential and existing customers.
  • Ensure full support activities are executed accurately in-order to serve players in the

different customer life-cycle stages.


Who we are looking for:


  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming industry.
  • A team player with Leadership and Motivational skills,
  • Helpful, diplomatic and honest individual
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Great reporting and presentation skills
  • Good at surfing the web, using CS-Tools and MS Office
  • Language skills: fluent in English, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian knowledge will be
  • evaluated as a plus
  • Ambitious and can imagine a future career in the iGaming industry
