Norwegian speaking Inside Sales Representative in Berlin, Germany!

Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our client in urban Berlin. Are you looking for an international career opportunity in central Europe with sales and business to business customer contact? Keep reading!

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be handling incoming requests in Norwegian and English. We are looking for a service-minded and motivated person who will strive to do their best in all customer contacts and be a face outwards for the company towards the Norwegian market. You will also be responsible for;

  • Field service scheduling of transport and logistic services to business customers
  • Handling of customer requests in Norwegian
  • Establishing of new and maintain existing customer relations through outbound campaigns
  • Business potential acquisition in the sales area
  • Collaboration with the field service (Account Executive)
  • Pricing identification for shipments and proposals (eMail)
  • The input of customer information into the database
  • Consulting about online solutions and providing information about services
  • Offering a tailored shipment solution to the customer
  • Processing of complains


  • Preferably first practical experience in sales or in a service environment
  • You are interested in the transport & logistics industry business sector
  • Pronounced affinity for sales and marketing
  • A target-orientated method of thinking and handling, customer orientation and organization skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian
  • Very good English
