Norwegian Speaking Office Manager

Our client in Sweden is looking for an office manager for a growing team in Gothenburg


We are now looking for an Office Manager for a company in rapid growth in the Nordic market!

Our Nordic market is growing rapidly and we are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking person who can help us in our development for our Norwegian lighting business. One day you will create a trendy marketing campaign and another day you will contact potential new customers and partners. You will have very varied work tasks, and a working day will never be the same!

You will be responsible for customer contact through our communication channels, at the same time you will receive incoming requests that will lead to fabulous sales results. Your work will be focused on professionals in the lighting industry and you will take the initiative on how we as a company can expand our customer group. In addition to customer satisfaction and sales growth, you will be involved in running projects that will lead to increased growth in the Norwegian market: for example, marketing campaigns, content creation and information gathering.

You will report to the top manager for the Nordic market, which is located at our head office in the Netherlands.

You will take part in a small Nordic team at our newly opened office in central Gothenburg

This is a good description of you:

You have relevant experience and know how to sell a product. You are not afraid to take on a roof and take on challenges head on.
You speak fluent Norwegian, as this is your mother tongue (if you know other Scandinavian languages ​​it is only a plus).
You have experience in building customer relationships. Have experience with Google Ads, content, SEA, SEO is a plus.
You have an interest in lighting.
Not least, you are a great colleague who knows what it takes to support a team going forward.
