Norwegian Speaking  Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales from existing customer orders. He or she will be assessed by the revenue generated from selling activities, number of orders approved and the quality and accuracy of order entry.

Functions:

  • Generate revenue from a database of accounts with associated Sales Revenue and
    Key Performance targets
  • Calling customers from existing mail orders received
  • Entering orders on database and upselling live to customers
  • Verifying the order and customer details on-line
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management

 

Skills/Attributes/Requirements:

  • Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability. Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques
  • Have the ability to work accurately & show good attention to detail while working under pressure
  • Good telephone manner: professional, courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive. Be a good team player
  • Fluent Norwegian and very good knowledge of English
  • Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages.

Normal Hours of Work: 39.5 hrs per work – 8 hour Day Shift is operational between 7.30 am & 5.30 pm Monday  to Friday

Starting Salaries from €21,000 basic per annum plus sales commission of  €100 - €500 per week (depending on targets reached)= €35,000 OTE uncapped commission depending on targets reached.
