Norwegian Technical Support for New Project - Belfast

Job Summary:
Speak near native Norwegian and looking for a chance to live and work abroad? We have a great job opportunity for you here in Belfast, Northern Ireland - A long standing client of ours is looking for Norwegian speakers to join their technical Support team. Previous Technical experience is not needed as you will be trained in once you start. What we are looking for is for you to have an interest in working within IT and have excellent communication skills. What will you do in this job?
As part for Norwegian Technical Support Team - you will be responsible for answering all calls from customers with queries and problems. You will need to provide them with both hard and software technical support - but don't worry you will be trained in once you start the job. Where needed you will need to escalate issues to level 2 tech support. In order to meet both weekly and monthly targets you must keep yourself up to date with the companies products and services. Doing so will help achieve great customer service and experience.

Our client nearly 15 years established now employing over 600 employees in the UK and Northern Ireland is a technology and services provider. With this particular client looking for a number language speakers they are currently looking for a Norwegian speakers for their Technical Support Team.

Who are we looking for?
For this technical Support job we are looking for you to have a near native level of Norwegian and an excellent level of English. A+ communication skills are needed as you will be dealing with customers who have a varying knowledge of technical issues and you will need the patience to help and support them at each level.
Technical Support experience is not a big requirement as you will be trained once you start the job - what is important is that you have some customer service/ call center experience as customer experience is crucial. Not forgetting that you obviously want to live and work in Belfast.

Belfast is where you will be working, Belfast is in Northern Ireland a city bursting with life, where the local are great craic (fun), there are plenty of bars and restaurant's to socialise and you will always have amazing things to do and see with the likes of Giants Causeway, the Titanic Museum and its beautiful views.

Interview & Salary
