Norwegian VIP Executive

Job Description

Are you driven, highly service minded and ready to grow your career within iGaming? Here you will be providing excellent service for the VIP players at one of the most rapidly growing companies in the industry based in their London HQ.


How’s your workday?

As part of the dedicated VIP team, you will be one of the Player Champions and the safety net for the most valuable customers. You will be working in a hands-on way, similar to an account manager, with the players to build relationships and increase brand loyalty and revenues.


You deliver high service standards, offer an enhanced, proactive approach by responding to and initiating contact with players via phone and email in order to increase their lifetime value. You build relationships with VIPs by creating player profiles, road mapping players and showing acute attention to detail.


Identify potential VIPs from acquisition and ensure they are managed effectively to maximise player value is another of your important tasks. By making contact with inactive VIPs, you undertake pro-active retention activities to make sure they stay faithful to your brand. You also take an active role in organizing events and gifts for the most valuable VIPs.


Other responsibilities will also involve:

  • Report on VIP performance on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Liaise with Customer Service, Campaign, Content and CRM team to optimize communication with VIPs.
  • Analyse VIP behaviour/game play in order to optimise operation activities.
  • Assisting to organize events/gift for most valuable VIPs.
  • Meet pre-determined productivity, quality and SLA weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

If you have experience from working with online gaming, for example in a customer service position, with thorough knowledge about casino and sports then this is a great career move.


With a high level of interpersonal skills you have the ability to build relationships with the VIP players. With good understanding of what the VIPs expect you will deliver the best possible customer service.


You have a confident and articulate communication style - both on the phone (inbound & outbound) and in written format. We also see that you have a proven ability in task management, prioritising & the ability to take ownership of daily tasks.


Working flexible hours to be able to serve the VIPs around the clock is not a problem for you. You have of course an excellent command of the Norwegian language.
