Our client is Ireland's leading distributor of hardware to the window and door industries located in Dublin 5, Ireland. They are searching for an office Administrator to join their expanding team. This is a varied role working mainly with credit control on customer queries, but also dealing with purchasing and sales department on a variety of tasks
Working with credit control, sales and purchasing departments, your responsibilities will be broad and will include the following:
- Dealing with incoming queries from customers via email and over the phone
- Preparing and processing credits to customer accounts
- Analysing reasons for queries and working with other departments to reduce such queries
- Processing and tracking sales orders
- Workings with purchasing department to review supplier performance
- Critically assess exception reports, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Adhoc duties as they arise
- Fluency in English
- Have 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel etc.)
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in different team settings.
- The individual should resolve problems using own initiative and unsupervised and be capable of prioritising and multitasking their own workload successfully.
