Are you service oriented with excellent organizing and planning skills? Are you able to take actions, deliver a great customer experience, anticipate the next steps and exceed customers’ expectations?

For an international company based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for an Office assistant, with a high level of English and conversational Spanish.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

- Reception (internal customers mainly)

- Travel arrangement

- Events organization

- Office supplies order

- Administrative support to other departments

- Ad-hoc

Your Profile

- Quality oriented, willing to deliver a high level customer experience

- Initiative-taker, with ability to act and take decisions

- Ability to handle several tasks at the same time

- Excellent organization and prioritization skills

- Confidence, ability to take ownership of a tasks and solution oriented

- Positive attitude and service oriented

- Stability, willingness to stay in this position for the long term

- Excellent communication skills
