Online Booking Customer Service (German)

The Job

In this position, you will ensure First Level Support to the users of the company's services to consumers.

In this role you are in charge of:

- Providing inbound assistance to customers via phone and email
- Providing information and support to customers about the services and orders
- Support the customer in the process of doing their online booking
- Solving issues, complaints and queries
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information


The Profile

- Native level of German
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is an asset
- Strong communication skills and motivation
- Willingness to learn 
- Teamwork and positive attitude

Company A: 
800€/month (x14 per year)
6.17€ meal voucher per work-day
100€ / month Bonus
Help in finding accommodation and reimbursement of flight tickets


Company B: 
980€/month (including accommodation)
160h/month (work hours may vary from week to week) 
Working schedule varies from 08:00 to 20:00 
Working on weekends increases the hourly wage of 25%

For international candidates:
- Reimbursement of the flight ticket (after staying for at least 9 months)
- The company offers one flight per year back to your native country
- The possibility to stay in a company flat
