Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Agents with fluent German / Danish / Dutch / Norwegian / French / Swedish / Arabic / Turkish to join their exciting Dublin team.

You will be responsible for meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; get first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and sevices; act with customers in mind; establish and maintain effective relationship with customers and gain their trust and respect.

To be successful candidate you should have:

• Fluency in second language listed above essential
• Excellent understanding of English
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work within a dynamic team
• Ability to effectively respond to demanding customer needs
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous customer service experience desirable
• General IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
