Online Store Customer Adviser (German)

The Company

Our client is an American multinational information technology company, developing and providing innovative hardware components for small to large enterprises across a wide range of industries.

They are currently recruiting for German speaking candidates for their international partner in Barcelona, to reinforce their support team and provide excellent service to their customers.


The Job

In this position, you will ensure Customer Support for the German market and solve queries of customers. 

 The main tasks involve:
- Provide customers with accurate information about products and services of the company
- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests 
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores 
- Delivery of high quality Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...) 
- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures


The Profile

- Languages skills: native level of German + good level of English
- Previous experience in a Customer Service related role (face-to-face or in Call Centre) is a plus 
- Very good communication skills – both written and oral
- Interest in new technologies
- Open-minded and team player, always ready to help
- Sense of service and quality
- Hard worker and committed
- Enthusiast and motivated
- Eager to learn and self-starter


The Offer

- A salary in line with Barcelona’s standard: 16.000€ / year + bonus + full paid training period
- Long term position, full time job (39h/week), standard office hours, Monday to Friday
