You will be working for one of the leading provider of business services in the world, who are currently looking for a Junior Operations Manager  to help grow and improve an already succesful BPO in the heart of the UK. Could that be you? 

Your Challenge

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the effective management of staff. You will take an overall ownership and coordinate different tasks to achieve the highest service standard.

As you are liaising directly with the client you will also be expected to detect opportunities for account growth and have excellent customer service skills. Furthermore, you will motivate and empower your staff to ensure your staff meets their targets.

•  Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
•  Demonstrates outstanding and professional customer service skills and a passion for improving the customer experience

•  Inspires motivates, and guides others toward goal accomplishment
•  Analytical and report writing skills
• MS Office
