An experienced Contact Centre Manager is required for this exciting role in beautiful Lisbon. You will be an experienced senior team manager, with experience in managing supervisors. You will be responsible for a large operation of FTE, managing a team of supervisors. You will be the point of contact for the client and ensure that project SLA's are met.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a truly global business, operating as an integral member of the core management team, influencing the direction and success of the contract.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is essential. Proven prior experience as a senior team manager in a contact centre environment is essential, as well as previous experience managing a sales team.
You must have strong leadership skills and proven experience and skills in operations management. You must be educated to a Bachelor degree level. Previous experience in education or assessment would be an advantage.
Base salary according to experience. Annual bonus, in accordance with performance assessment, as well as productivity bonuses. Package includes loyalty bonus, holiday bonus, lunch allowance, free water sports, hiking, and Portuguese languages courses. The company also offers subsidised company owned apartment accommodation (shared) in local area, and a return airline ticket each year.
Airport Pick Up is available, as well as relocation support from company and from Delegate team. Refund of initial flight to Portugal.
