Outbound Customer Advisor (Dutch)

The Company

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with a new office in Barcelona. For their partner, an e-payment company, we are currently recruiting a Dutch or Flemish speaking Outbound Customer Advisor for the Belgium market.

The Job

After 2 days of training the candidate will call existing business customers to ask them to replace their existing payment terminal. The main tasks include:

-    Providing excellent customer service to existing business customers
-    Asking customer to replace their existing payment terminal
-    Pay high attention to details and handle carefully sensitive date of customers
-    Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information

The Profile

The candidate should have experience in customer support on the phone. He should speak and write Flemish perfectly and has already to be settled in Barcelona.

-    Native or proficient Level of Flemish or Dutch and good level of English
-    Good communication skills
-    Team player and open-minded
-    Enthusiast and motivated
-    Reliable with an eye for details 
-    Customer Service experience on the phone
-       Pro-active, motivated and used to work accurate

The Offer
