Outbound Sales Executive (Flemish)

The Company

Our client is a Belgium BPO company with a new office in Barcelona. For their partner, a worldwide solutions provider, we are currently recruiting a Flemish speaking Outbound Sales Executive for the Belgium market.

The success of this project depends on your performance. You will contact existing clients to cross-sell digital payment solutions. 

The Job

The main tasks include:

- Contact existing Clients via telephone, and email to introduce them to the new products and services of the Company
- Present the benefits and features of the products and services to the clients
- Identify their needs and provide/sell appropriate solutions 
- Follow up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
- Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker

The Profile

The ideal candidate should have experience in cross-selling over the phone and a professional telephone manner.

- Native Flemish speaker with a good command in English
- Min. 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales on the phone
- Experience in the B2B environment
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Good communication skills and outgoing personality
- Good problem-solving capabilities
- Ambitious, dynamic and reliable

The Offer

- Working in a new open office environment

- Permanent contract after 1 months of trial period
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 17:30
- Salary of 1211 € gross/month
- Performance related bonus of 200 € netto/month
- Start date: 22nd of March (not negotiable)
- Candidate needs to hold NIE and social security number by the start date
