Payroll and Benefits Process Specialist French Speaker

Capgemini Business Services department is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing centers in Poland providing services in 30 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BS employs over 3800 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Main accountabilities
  • Answer client’s calls and emails
  • Process client’s queries and escalations
  • Provide clarification of Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures 
  • Process Pay & Benefits requests
  • Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within team and cross teams
  • Update database
  • Run Data Input Controls
  • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
  • Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain payroll information on:
    • New joiners 
    • Employee leaves
    • Employee moves
    • Contractual/ employee data changes
  • Master Data Maintenance for family-related bonuses (allowances)
  • Manage employee benefits
  • Payslip production
  • Tax and deduction setups
  • Payroll Reporting
  • Bachelor degree
  • Very good command of spoken and written French and English
  • Experience in HR Administration/Payroll/Customer Service/Finance and Accounting
  • Knowledge of process specific systems/tools (SAP, Taleo, TalentLink, Oracle) would be an asset
  • Attention to details
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
  • Willingness to work in a complex and dynamic environment
