Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Service
  • Provide solutions to customers / Support them via inbound calls, chatting or emails.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with all clients.
  • Supports the customers in all aspects through to problem resolution.
  • Provide feedback to the team manager.
  • Solve technical issue of customers

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • Previous experience in the technical support will be an advantage
  • Team player
  • Customer Care Oriented
  • Interest in computer and technology
  • Eager to learn new skills
