Photography Support Associate - Swedish and Norwegian

Job Description


Provide first class support within a call center environment to customers, primarily via telephone but also using Web and Email services

? Achieve and maintain service level statistics on an individual and team level

? Effective use of the systems and tools available to the Support Centre

? Track & document customer & problem information in the client call logging system

? Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members

? Dealing with escalations

? Achieve company standard quality scores and strive to exceed these

? Provide Back up support to Level 1 when required to the responsibilities



Personal Success Profile:

Leaving certificate or equivalent.

? Excellent knowledge and understanding of photography

    Fluency in English, Norwegian and Swedish is essential 

? Good knowledge of computer operating systems and photo editing software.

? Excellent Customer service skills, a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

? Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced, goal-oriented environment

? Able to identify with client needs and follow existing processes and procedures

? Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner

? Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary

? Attention to detail

? Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening

? Ability to research and solve problems on own initiative.

? Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide support

? Ability to manage time wisely to meet call handle time and work with targets

? Flexibility to work various shifts and good time management skills

? Previous exposure and experience of using professional equipment would be advantageous

? Availability for occasional travel
