Polish speakers with a good level of English to join the Quality Assurance team here in Prague.
What will you do in this job?
As the Quality Assurance Agent, you will need to have an extensive knowledge of the product offering of the company in order to define and develop the right training plans for fellow employees in various departments. You will be working closely with Sales Managers in providing feedback and recommendations on quality improvement on a regular basis. You will from time to time be working over the phone and via email so communication skills are important.
On top of providing the relevant training to various teams on products and new developments you will need to create regular reports to monitor quality and performance.

Who are we looking for?
For this Quality Assurance job, we are looking for a near native Polish speaker who also has a good level English (Czech Language is a plus). You have excellent IT skills and have a good working knowledge of Sales Techniques.
You have 6 months previous experience in a similar quality assurance position and have excellent communication skills.

Interview & Salary
For this Polish Quality Assurance job the interview process is short and sweet. There is 1 phone interview and if successful you will then be invited for 1 Skype call.
Our client here in Prague is fully aware that you may not be living there and that is why there is no face-to-face interview so things are made easier for you.
