Polish travel Customer support

Job Description

We are recruiting for a fluent Polish speaking Customer Service Advisor for our client based in rural Oxfordshire. The company manages travel arrangements for individuals and business, specialising in cross channel travel and logistics. They liaise with many big name suppliers to ensure they offer a broad range of travel services for their customers. Please note that due to the location of the office own transport is essential!

As this is a close-knit team they do arrange a number of social events as well as 'international’ themed days within the office, e.g. they had a Polish Doughnut Day the other week.

The main duties of the role are to provide support via inbound email and telephone to customers, to amend and cancel bookings for customers as well as dealing with general enquiries, calling to particular suppliers to check availability of services and occasional outbound calling to customers to inform them of changes to booked services.

The right candidate will have fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, an excellent telephone manner and confidence when speaking on the phone, ideally proven experience in an office-based customer service environment, good pc skills and an ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise tasks.

You would be working 37.5 hours per week between 0800-1900 with some weekend work involved (with time of in the week)

Monday - Friday the working hours will include a mixture off the following shift patterns: 08:00-16:30, 09:00-17:30 and 10:30-19:00

Saturday and Sunday the working hours are 09:00-17:30

You will work Saturday in week 1, Sunday in week 2 and have the weekend off in week 3, and when working weekends you will be given a day off during the week in lieu.

The company is based near Abingdon in Oxford. Due to its remote location having your own transport is essential for this role. The office is commutable from Abingdon, Didcot, Milton, Culham, Oxford, Wallingford, Wantage, Swindon, Newbury, Henley, Faringdon.
