Our client is a world leading name in Social Media, at the forefront of a rapidly expanding industry with truly global appeal. Our employees are creative, proactive salespeople with a passion for digital marketing and Social Media.
We are currently looking for a Programme Manager to fulfil a dual role combining Supervisor and Project Manager responsibilities. You will be managing a team of salespeople and account managers while also acting as the main point of contact for our prestigious end client.
What you'll be doing:
-Building strong working relationships with your customers and their management teams.
-Ensuring that all SLAs are reached.
-Managing P&L to achieve revenue and performance forecasts.
-Collecting quality metrics, analysing these and reporting to customer / management / quality team.
-Giving agents feedback on their individual performance on a weekly basis.
-Organising weekly team meetings to update and give feedback on performance, new procedures and upcoming changes.
-Keeping track of each agent's training requirements, providing coaching as necessary.
-Acting as the escalation point for any customer queries or issues.
-Responsible for disciplinary matters within the team.
What we give to you:
-Full-time (39hrs/week) contract
-Salary: 25.000Euros - 30.000Euros gross/year + 4.000 Euros gross/year in bonus (variable)
-Free Spanish/Catalan certified lessons
What you bring to us:
-Operational / business management experience.
-Proven track record of achievement in a sales environment.
-Reporting and analytical skills.
-Excellent financial management and P&L management.
-Strong people management skills - team and individual motivation, appraisals, interviews.
-Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
-Excellent decision making / problem solving skills.
-Fluent English language.
-Another European language at a high / native level.
-A passion for Social Media and Technology.
