For the Amsterdam office we are looking for a young and ambitious Project Analyst Food.
Your new position
The Project Analyst Life Sciences (Fluent in German) is responsible for assisting Project Managers in coordinating all aspects of projects designed to help companies involved in the manufacture or distribution of temperature sensitive Life Science products. The goal is to monitor and continuously improve their temperature sensitive supply chains.
The Project Analyst Life Sciences (Fluent in German) will be responsible for placing our devices on location (all around the EU) and represent the organization. Therefore we are looking for someone who is customer focused. In the beginning, you will mainly be involved with giving direct support to the Project Managers in the execution of projects. This involves project management, data analysis and process improvement activities, maintaining databases for customer projects, along with technical writing of report, protocol and proposal documents. Experience in conducting validation and qualification projects in the Life Sciences industry is strongly preferred. You will work with a cross functional team that includes clerical personnel, data analysts, program/project managers, industrial engineers, scientists, and field technicians. Very important in this is that you have a hands-on mentality. Our client in the Netherlands is expanding rapidly in the EMEA region. Therefore you will perform a lot of support tasks at the beginning, but will get great career opportunities to grow within the organization (for example: Projectmanager).
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Project Analyst Life Sciences (Fluent in German) candidate has a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or applicable field with 2 to 4 years' experience. Fluent in German and English (able to write technical documents), Dutch is not required, but can be helpful. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. You have the ability to work directly with customers and have strong Project Management skills. You have analytical skills and are excellent with MsOffice Excel. Up to 50% travel is required (this typically involves 1-3 day trips within DACH region (D(eutschland)A(ustria)CH(Swiss)) to visit customer sites).
