Project Manager (Mobile Games) (m/f)

 

Aeria Games is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager to support the Mobile Games team in Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive project management activities for small to medium sized projects. Plan, track and coordinate across multiple teams to achieve project goals.

  • Coordinate with Product Manager and Game Designers to create specifications for new mobile game features and monetization/retention tools.

  • Work with business stakeholders, developers and QA team members to create feature roadmaps and report regularly on progress.

  • Assist in agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and demos, enforces sprint commitments to scope, quality and timing, proactively removing impediments to progress.

  • Provide input for ongoing organization wide process improvements.

 

Qualifications: 

  • University degree - Master’s / Diploma preferred

  • 2+ years experience in (Agile) Project Management, understanding of software development process

  • High level of initiative and results orientation, ability to work independently, and strong sense of ownership

  • Previous experience with JIRA or other project management tools

  • Scrum Master certification is a strong plus

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills required

  • Fluency in Korean, Japanese or Mandarin is a strong plus

  • Knowledge of gaming industry beneficial
