  • Active participation in Social Media environment
  • Preferably, have experience writing/maintaining of a personal blog.
  • Basic knowledge and affinity of websites
  • Frequent user of Internet
  • Customer Experience and Customer Services s capabilities
  • Understanding and experience in direct communications with consumers (call center experience)
  • Coordination of technical issues and formulation of technical information




  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Previous experience in the technical support will be of advantage
