Recruitment Associate Manager

Job Description


Business enterprise operating in the field of technology and healthcare. The company has spread across 31 countries offering a wide range of software and hardware services and solutions including R&D, technology services, Remote Infrastructure Management, IT hardware, system integration, distribution of technology and telecom products. It has a unique management philosophy based on trust and transparency where the employee comes first.


  • Develop and monitor Operations / Service Delivery process for a Technical Process (Managing SLA, Client Satisfaction).
  • Improve employee satisfaction thereby improving employee retention / reduce attrition in the program.
  • Process Enhancements: Continuous improvement and idea sharing in making process better and user friendly to improve CSAT and productivity, reducing Cost and attrition.
  • Ensuring that legal / regulatory / compliance and other critical process requirements are complied with 100% of the time.


Reporting: Reports directly to Ops Director / AVP operations

Department: Operations


Salary: Negotiable



  • Good Leadership Skills to handle a team of around 25-30 people
  • Very Good Communications Skill
  • Experience in Product Support (including Telecom) – BPO
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and ability to strike strong working relations
  • Strong analytical and influencing skills
  • Result and People Oriented
  • Ability to withstand pressure
  • Exposure of handling international Technical processes for at least 1-2 years preferably US clients. Total Work-Ex: 3+ years
