Role Description:


I am seeking a Recruitment Consultant with Consultancy recruitment experience. The individual must have great business development and 360 degree recruitment experience. You should have a “can do” attitude with willingness to work with a much larger team.


Essential skills and experience:


-Proven experience and consistent track record in winning new business. Via Business development, Lead generation and Social Networking,

-This is a target driven environment so you must have experience of working towards weekly/monthly sales targets.

- Account Management – Managing various active, warm and new accounts to always keep business repetitive.

- Able to understand and deliver a brand identity and tone.

- Being able to manage both client and candidate requirements

- Conducting B2B outbound calls on a daily basis to identify further requirements.

- Writing and optimising job specifications in order to target a specific pool of candidates.

- Exceptional ability to collaborate successfully with people with varying needs

- Commercial awareness

- Personality: trusted, tolerant, and determined

- Self-motivated and keen to develop

- Desire and ability to influence and improve client workflow and processes


Key tasks and responsibilities:


As a Recruitment Consultant the key responsibilities will be as followed:

-Building strong client relationships through constant business development.

-Full responsibility and accounted for all current management of vacancies from Job posting, creating candidate short listings to forward to clients on demand.

-Managing day to day business relationships and candidate relationships.
