What will your position be?
Teleperformance is continuously recruiting Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and working directly with German Recruitment Agencies. Due to the distance and growth of working flow Teleperformance is looking for a Recruitment Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for following closely our recruitment partners in Outsourcing in Germany (recruitment agencies). This professional will work directly in Germany where the partners are located.
This person will be the bridge between Teleperformance Portugal and German Recruitment Agencies. He/she should follow existing recruitment agencies, with regular visits to their facilities, guaranteeing recruitment processes optimization. Will also search for new partners and negotiate with them, with the purpose of optimizing the delivery at a qualitative and quantitative level.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone willing to relocate/living in Germany;
- Native German speaker (mandatory);
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Recruitment experience – minimum 4 years (mandatory);
- Knowledge in other languages (plus);
- High sense of responsibility;
