Regional Content Manager (English)

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Regional Content Manager.

The Job.

In this role you will be responsible for aligning the regional content strategy of our client with business and brand objectives. You will be in charge of structuring the content team’s structure and delivery processes, identifying synergies across markets and deploying new, callable and templated content formats that will strengthen our clients’ corporate brands. The main tasks include:

Your Responsibilities:

– Acting as trusted business partner to local business leaders and their marketing teams
– Ensuring close alignment of regional content strategy (web, blog, media & social) with local business goals
– Overseeing content creation activities and deployment of all local and regional content projects
– Structuring a team of Content Executives to optimize production and maximize synergies
– Publishing entertaining and informative search-engine optimized copy
– Demonstrating tangible value and market impact of content through data-driven reporting
– Keep up-to-date with industry best-practices and latest trends

The Profile.

– You have a native or close to native level of English (written/spoken)
– You have min. 4 years of experience in a similar role
– You have an academic degree in linguistic, marketing or journalism
– You have excellent people management skills
– You are an ambitious marketer with a focus on leading and developing a team of content executives
– You have experience in an international environment
– You have experience in structuring content production processes in a multi-stakeholder environment
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have organization and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership on your tasks
– You have strong problem solving capabilities
– You are a team player
