The role

The main focus of the role is providing order management, technical and sales support via voice and written channels

 

Requirements

  • Excellent Russian and good English language skills
  • Good communication and soft skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong PC and Mac technical skills (hardware, software, and operating systems);
  • Knowledge of the storage and memory market preferred but not required
