Russian Speaking Overnight Customer Care Representative

Permanent Full-time

£22K - £28K + Benefits

North-West London

We are currently recruiting for Russian speaking Customer Care Representative for our client, a company within leisure, travel and tourism sector. You will be responsible for dealing with high profile members on a daily basis.

Shifts will be rotating between 8pm and 8am.

5 out of 7 working days including weekends.


  • Having an in-depth understanding of your members' needs, interests and requirements
  • Respond to customers' requests through phone call and email.
  • Use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to the members' request within specified time frames
  • Ensure quality information is held on members' profiles including their personal preferences

You need to have:

  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Experience in dealing VIP or high net worth customers is a must
  • Energetic and well-spoken
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Creative and initiative, being able to think outside the box
  • Experience in travel, especially with GDS and flights experience would be ideal
