Sales Account Manager DAN/EST/NOR/SWE/SWISS

Our client is an American multinational information technology company, developing and providing innovative hardware components for small to large enterprises across a wide range of industries.

They are currently recruiting for Danish, Estonian, Norwegian, Swedish and Swiss speaking candidates for their international partner in Barcelona, to reinforce their sales team and growth their revenue on the accompanying markets.

 

The Job

- Cultivate and grow an assigned installed base of reseller accounts and develop strong and long lasting B2B relationships

- Prepare and present commercial and technical service proposals

- Assess opportunities for upgrades and additional managed services

- Review level of client satisfaction, and escalating issues when necessary

- Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up and resolution

- Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or resellers calls regarding service issues, customer inquiries and request for additional services

- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management

- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to sales plan

- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets

 

The Profile

- Native level of Danish, Estonian, Norwegian, Swedish or Swiss + excellent level of English

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of previous B2B sales experience or account management

- Experience in the IT/technology sector is a plus

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Strong organization and prioritization skills

- Excellent clients and customers relationship management skills

- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions

- Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources

- Familiar with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office
