Client Support Agent Abroad (Dutch speaking )

Going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, you will focus on genuine conversation and building a relationship with the customers. Servicing a relationship opposed to a transaction and taking the extra mile, in order to Create Raving Fans.

Specialized in customer care, you will respond to all types of customer enquiries and complaint handling through e-mail, phone and social media building a good relationship with the customer.

  • You are completely ready to commit yourself at all times to guarantee excellent customer satisfaction:
  • Dutch proficient C1 level (oral and written)

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Strong work ethic and highly motivated

  • interest in self-development, product knowledge and creating raving fans

  • Proactive approach to meeting and exceeding customer’s needs

  • A passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
