Sales Coordinator French on a native level

Job Description

Our client is an international design company, with their European headquarters based in Rotterdam. They develop, buy and resell unique design items.They have a B2B and a B2C channel. 
For their international inside sales department they are currently looking for a native French Sales Coordinator to join their team asap. 

Your tasks and responsibilities: 
-Processing and releasing orders 
-checking availability of goods 
-ensuring the timely delivery of all goods by proactively communicating with logistics department, ensure order flow 
-keeping all contact and communication with clients 
-keeping track of returned orders 
-maintain customer records up to date 
-Calling customer to increase order value 
-Processing forms, applications and requests 
-Follow up on customer interaction
-Creating proforma invoices 
-Answering calls from clients and assisting with queries 
-Handling complaints 
-Work together with sales manager to make sure the orders are complied with the customer requirements 

Job requirements: 
-Bachelor degree
-French native and good English 
-Spanish or Italian as additional language are a plus 
-2-3 year of experience in sales, customer service or retail are a must 
-Fast learner, who is pro-active and strong in communication with customers and colleagues 
-Able to handle stressful situations with a positive outlook 
-Commercially driven 
-Enthusiastic self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude 
-Business travel are part of this role and will be up to 10% of your work time
