Sales Representative & Business Developer (German)

The Company.

Being a European leading global outsourcing company present in over 60 different locations worldwide, our Client stands for diversity and quality. For one of their partners, a reputed player in the food and beverage industry, they are currently recruiting a Sales Representative for the Barcelona vibrant office.

The Job.

For this role, you will have to perform the following gamut of tasks:

– Restaurant acquisition: you'll be responsible for prospecting, pitching and closing new restaurants in your region. This is an inside sales opportunity, so you'll be comfortable with ambitious activity targets for cold calls, emails and signings
– Owning your pipeline: take control over your own prospect pipeline and use your organization skills to manage your portfolio of leads and develop new strategies to ensure strong conversion rates
– Process strategy: iterate with the sales process to make your inside sales team the highest impact team of our client

The Profile.

– You are a proactive hunter, not afraid to pick up the phone, make a high volume of calls, and speak with clients to close deals
– You are a highly energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of driving yourself to your targets
– You have initiative and a "get it done" mindset
– You are a native German speaker and you speak English fluently.

The Offer.

– A full-time position (39 hours/week) and permanent contract
– A salary of 21.000€ + 4.000€ gross/year and the ability to over-achieve + a relocation package if you move from abroad
