Sales Representative - DE

Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities of the role

The VIP Executive will primarily be responsible for the retention of German speaking VIPs playing with Sportingbet. Additionally, the successful candidate will:

  • Identify and manage the acquisition of new VIPs through pro-active outbound calling
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of different gaming products – Sportsbook and Casino
  • Build strong, trustful relationships with VIPs
  • Identify, optimize and develop VIP retention programs in German market to maximize valued player traffic
  • Work alongside the Customer Service and Fraud teams to ensure operational efficiency in the market
  • Work closely with the VIP Manager to ensure the business is well informed on all activity in the market
  • This role might require weekends rota 

Experience Required

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in sales with strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills and a thorough understanding of profit/loss and ROI
  • A degree level education

 

Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office products including strong numeracy and excel skills
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in German and English
  • A results driven, highly organized, team player with personal characteristics that engender trust and confidence
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills with a flexible attitude
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly, perseverance, focus and commitment
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and focused on a career in sales
  • Candidate must be presentable and be flexible with excellent communication (written and oral) skills

Contract: permanent

Salary: Competive basic salary + Commision
